Health and Wellness Coaching focuses on the values and goals that are important to you. This coaching experience enables you to create the healthy lifestyle you have always wanted. There are many dimensions that make up our well-being. Balancing the different aspects of our lives becomes important to our overall wellness. Coaching allows you to pinpoint your areas of desired growth and identify ways to make impactful improvements to your health. Through coaching you can enhance your health and well-being to develop beneficial long-term habits. Joyce offers a multidimensional and individualized approach to Health and Wellness which allows you to positively impact your health and improve your lifestyle long-term.

Joyce instructs in ways that make movement and mindfulness accessible by offering a variety of services including traditional yoga flow classes, pilates, restorative and yoga for balance. These practices are meant to assist us in becoming more familiar with our experience and increase flexibility, stability, and instill a sense of calm. There is great benefit to be had from tuning into your breath, relaxing your body and mind in order to become grounded. Regulating our body and encouraging our own natural healing response can be an important part of finding joy and ease.
