Joyce instructs in ways that make yoga and mindfulness accessible by offering a variety of services including traditional flow classes, restorative and yoga for balance. These practices are meant to assist us in becoming more familiar with our experience and increase flexibility, stability, and instill a sense of calm. There is great benefit to be had from tuning into your breath, relaxing your body and mind in order to become grounded. Regulating our body and encouraging our own natural healing response can be an important part of finding joy and ease.
